With a commitment to quality and the view that a restaurant
should be an all-encompassing experience, Executive Chef &
General Manager, Travis
Masiero arrived in Singapore to do exactly that with WineGarage.
Having trained under acclaimed Chef Charles Carroll in upstate
New York and graduating from the esteemed Culinary Institute
of America, Travis completed his internship with Chef Ken
Oringer of Restaurant Clio in Boston whilst studying at world-famous
Cornell University Hotel School.
Travis has also worked under Chef Markus Auer in Italy, before
moving to the one-star Michelin Hotel Konigshof in Munich,
eventually teaming up in Singapore with MD Devin Otto Kimble
of Brewerkz fame.
The professional and dedicated team also includes Wine Sommelier,
Bala Pasupathi who offers guests his remarkable and extensive
knowledge of viticulture, in addition to the finest of service
from WineGarage staff spearheaded by Service Manager, Charles
