WINEGARAGE WINE EVENTS: ONLINE REFUND POLICIES
All online purchases of events through this WineGarage
(WineGarage) shopping cart are subject to the following
WineGarage Wine Events Return and Refund Policies. Unless
otherwise expressly indicated, all prices and invoices are
shown in Singapore Dollars (SGD). All prices are subject
to change without notice.
REFUND POLICY
All wine events purchased online are subject to the following
refunds if any cancellation.
- Two (2) days prior to the event, the full amount of the
particular event will be refunded.
- One (1) day prior to the event, only half the amount of
the particular event will be refunded.
- There will be absolutely no refund should the cancellation
be on the day of the event.
DISCLAIMER
WineGarage reserves the right to revise, update or otherwise
modify these WineGarage Wine Events Return and Refund Policies,
in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, including its
application to any individual or customer WineGarage believes
to be acting in abuse of these WineGarage Wine Events Return
and Refund Policies. Any such revision or modification will
be binding and effective immediately upon posting of the
revised or modified WineGarage Wine Events Return and Refund
Policies on WineGarage’s websites. The customer understands
that it is his/her responsibility to periodically review
WineGarage’s websites for any revisions or updates,
including those to the WineGarage Wine Events Return and
Refund Policies.
This site is intended for use by customers of legal age
to purchase wine events, and should not be accessed by minors
without parental supervision or consent. Items containing
alcohol cannot be ordered or purchased by, and are not available
for delivery to, persons under the age of 18 years.
Accordingly, every customer making an order from this WineGarage
shopping cart warrants that he/she is not under the age
of 18 years and is otherwise not prohibited from purchasing
any alcoholic beverage.
